The rental costs must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
The following cancellation conditions apply to the total amount:
- 72 hours or less before check-in the fee amounts to 75% of the cost (maximum CHF 3’000)
- Up to 14 days before check-in 50% of the fee (maximum CHF 2’000)
- Up to 30 days before check-in 25% of the fee (maximum CHF 1’500)
- If canceled more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking costs will be charged
A deposit payment of CHF 500.00 will be recorded per booking. After handing over the apartment, it will be refunded immediately.
